Tato Pani + Beni

Tato Pani + Beni, Myagdi, Dhawalagiri Zone, Nepal
On the way to Tato Pani
Took a nap and by mid-day, we were at the back seat, enjoying the view, on gravel road still following Kali Gandaki. Ratna aunty and her friend took us to Tato Pani, about an hour drive from Baglung.
We plunged into TatoPani (hot spring). The temperature at the hot spring must have been 40"C and above, it really was warm considering it's summer. We could see people coming from different parts of Nepal, many to cure diseases as they have witnessed many been cured. The pool didnt look hygienic to me, nor did it smell good but it was due to black salt  and phosphorus in the water which itself is a natural antibiotic. A temple next to the pool might have been a goddess of water (random) which I didnt take a notice of.
Tato Pani
Later, Ratna aunty and her friend drove us to Beni. Thereafter, we were on our own, with everything organised beforehand of course!  Everything's just a phone call away (good thing about travelling with elders).Beni is the headquarter of Myagdi District in Dhawalagiri Zone, Nepal located at the confluence of the Kali Gandaki River and Myagdi River at an altitude of 899 metres.

Beni
Not a very pleasant night, road noise and the current was strong in the river. We couldn't  keep the hotel windows closed since the wall fan wasn't doing its job, it was too warm inside. Out the window however, it was extraordinary how you have to tilt your head back until you can to look up the mountain.
